Information, Computing and Telecommunications are very hot and important research topics and gain more attention by economy as well as society in recent years. IEEE Youth Conference on Information, Computing and Telecommunications aims at promoting the interests of young people, especially IEEE members from all over the world on the research of information, computing and telecommunication technology.

The First IEEE Youth Conference on Information, Computing and Telecommunications (YC-ICT 2009) held during the celebration of the125th Anniversary of the IEEE gained great success. All accepted papers have been published by IEEE and are in the process of been indexed by the engineering index (EI).

Now, the second IEEE Youth Conference on Information, Computing and Telecommunications (YC-ICT 2010) supported by IEEE and all IEEE Sections in China and Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is coming and invites you to participate in the second annual conference. The main topic of YC-ICT 2010 focus on computational intelligence for better life, since it’s the one of the hottest topics in information, computing and telecommunication technology recently.
